Jayonia Griffin is a New York native dedicated to making a positive impact through business and community engagement. By day, she is a payments industry professional and she is currently pursuing her Executive MBA at Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management. At all times, Jayonia is a connector—bringing people and opportunities together.
A firm believer in the power of community, Jayonia is passionate about supporting women and creating platforms for connection. She is the founder of “Everything In Moderation” (EIM), a lifestyle brand for women that celebrates the journey to becoming well-rounded and finding balance in everyday life. EIM inspires women to embrace new perspectives, cultivate personal growth, and foster meaningful connections.
Grounded in service and a strong commitment to giving back, Jayonia has volunteered as a mentor with Big Brothers Big Sisters of New York and served as Co-President of the National Sales Network New Jersey/New York Chapter.
Jayonia earned her BA in Social Gerontology, with minors in Management and Sociology, from the University at Buffalo.
